Kyobo Life’s Sustainability Bond Framework
Kyobo Life developed Sustainability Bond Framework (the "Framework") to facilitate transparency, disclosure, integrity and quality in Kyobo Life’s Green, Social and Sustainability Bonds ("GSS Bonds") for interested investors and stakeholders.
The Framework has been designed in accordance with the 2021 Green Bond Principles ("GBP"), the 2021 Social Bond Principles ("SBP") and the 2021 Sustainability Bond Guidelines ("SBG") (together, the "ICMA Principles"), and it aligns with the four core components of the ICMA Principles: (i) Use of Proceeds, (ii) Process for Project Evaluation and Selection, (iii) Management of Proceeds, and (iv) Reporting.
